Can I copy text from another document and paste it into a procedure?

Yes, in order to paste any copied text from a document into a procedure, you can use any of these options:

Option A:

  1. Create a procedure, or edit an existing procedure 
  2. Go to the toolbar and click on the *Paste from Word* icon
  3. Once a window pops up, paste the information to your procedure
  4. Click on the *Insert* button
  5. Done!On the toolbar

Option B: 

If you are using a Mac, hold down the Command key and click on the V key

Option C:

If you are using a PC, hold down the Control key and click on the V key
