How can I contact the support team?

If you have any questions about your account or want to contact our support team, you can either submit a ticket or send us an email.

Here's how to submit a support ticket:

  1. Log into your Methodologee account
  2. On the bottom of your screen, click on the *Help* link
  3. Submit a ticket

Here's our email for support related questions: support@methodologee.com.  Typical response time is within a few hours during normal business hours (9am - 6pm PST).
